Our Shipping Policy
Shipping Methods:
We ship 1st class mail, priority mail;
Larger orders will be shipped by UPS ground
We ship daily Monday -Saturday (excluding holidays)
Free US Shipping:
Free Domestic Shipping to USA and its territories on all orders.
Free shipping applies to standard shipping service; upgrades do not apply. If you choose another shipping option, additional charges will be applied. Standard order processing and delivery time from Southern California is 2-9 days from the date of order. Free shipping valid only in the United States and it’s Territories (e.g., American Samoa, Guam, Northern Mariana Islands, Puerto Rico & U.S. Virgin Islands)
Cozee Clothing reserves the right to cancel or modify this promotion at any time without advance notice.

International Shipping:
Cozee Clothing offers shipping to most international countries worldwide.
The estimated delivery time is 5-10 business days, however this might be extended depending on the customs process and may vary depending on the destination country.

Customs, Duties, Taxes and Other Charges:
Orders shipped to addresses outside the USA may be subject to additional charges, taxes or fees which are determined by the local customs office of the destination country. Any import duties, custom fees, taxes or other charges that may be collected for international orders are the responsibility of the customer. International purchasers should contact their customs office for accurate duty and tax information.

Return & Exchange Policy:
You are welcome to exchange or receive a refund on items purchased online at within 30 days of purchase providing items are:
•In their original condition
•All tags are still attached to the items
•In their original box/container

We do not accept returns for boxers, swimwear or women’s intimates (lingerie,panties,bras,etc;). Most items have detailed sizing in the listing. please contact us before purchase if you have any questions.

Please ensure the item(s) comply with all conditions listed above.

Please be advised that all shipping and handling costs will be incurred by the purchaser.
Include tracking number on all returned items.

Request for an exchange will result in added charges for the exchanged item’s shipping costs.

If you receive a defective or damaged item:
Here at Cozee Clothing, we are very meticulous in the inspection and packaging of your purchases. We are dedicated to providing you with quality products and services. We hope that you will love what you have purchased from us, but if for some reason a product is in any way damaged or defective please notify us immediately.

International Returns:
Cozee Clothing extends the same 30 day return policy on orders shipped outside of the USA. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs, duties, VAT and taxes that may be incurred in returning the item(s) back to Cozee Clothing. We do not accept C.O.D returns. If any duties, VAT or taxes were paid to the shipping carrier on receipt of the order, it is the customer’s responsibility to contact them to request any refunds. In the event a package is refused at customs by the customer, or if a customer is unavailable to accept the package from the shipping carrier and Cozee Clothing is charged any return shipping charges, duties, VAT or taxes, the customer will be responsible for all expenses related to the outbound shipment and return of the package. This amount will be deducted from the original sales amount when the refund is applied. Please follow the steps on the Returns/Exchange page to process a return. The return carrier to use is at the sole discretion of the customer.
